"Vis ma Vigne"

We invite you for an authentic experience in our terroirs. Discover the vegetative cycle of a plot of vines and slip into the shoes of a winemaker for the time of a vintage. Supervised by the winemaker artists of Agamy, you will learn to listen and take care of the vines, in a friendly atmosphere and in the enchanting setting of Beaujolais and Forez.

“Vis ma Vigne” box, you’ll share unique and privileged moments with our winegrowers. Throughout the vintage, participate in events around tasting, history of our cellars as well as meeting with our teams to discover their profession and terroir.

From pruning to harvesting, including disbudding and lifting, come and slip into the shoes of a winegrower during a whole vintage!

For each meeting:

  • Meeting with our winegrowers over breakfast
  • Initiation to the work of the vine
  • Convivial meal around local products in a partner restaurant
  • Themed workshop around tasting, including 3 wines, led by a professional

1 - Winter pruning

You have an appointment to share the winter work in the vineyard… During this workshop, our winegrower will train you in the different types of pruning and their importance. And as practice remains the best way to learn, you can prune a few vines!

In the afternoon, you will discover the secrets of blending and try to blend your own cuvée…

2 - The vine awakens

Spring is here ! Our winegrower takes you for a getaway in Nature, to discover the work of disbudding.

In the afternoon, you will continue your initiatory journey with a gourmet pairing: savor the wines of Agamy accompanied by delicious chocolates from a local artisan.

3 - Summer works

In our plots with all their summer flowers, our winemaker will guide you through the vines to show you to vine trimming. Your efforts will be rewarded with our traditional summer barbecue!

In the afternoon, you will discover the geological typicity of the soils of Beaujolais, in collaboration with the Geopark teams, and test your tasting knowledge by avoiding a few pitfalls!

4 - Harvests

Come experience the magic of the harvest! Our winegrower welcomes you in the middle of his troop of pickers and introduces you to grape picking. Will you pick up more grapes than your neighbour?

In the afternoon, you will visit the winery in full effervescence and have the opportunity to taste the famous “paradise”!
